Great food, had wonderful stay.

Modern single room was WONDERFUL.

The rooms are spotless and relaxing with a sofa, so that guests have essentials. The service is excellent with private parking available and outstanding meals. The pool is very clean...

Views are not so great.

The room was super clean and had a spacious living area, a comfy double bed, and a cool flatscreen TV. They had a nice spread for breakfast with bread, cereal, pastries, and cheese - yum! 🥐🧀.

We very much appreciated the friendly staff. The rooms are large enough and the hotel is very clean. There is a very good restaurant where you can have excellent dishes at very reasonable prices. The swimming pool is nice. The hotel is rather small (18 rooms) which implies that you are not just a number. The hotel owners are really caring about their guests.

The location is very close to the nearest beach and the historic town of Erice, the room is new-fashioned with a single bed, balcony, and a relaxing bar, and the staff is super friendly.

Big confortable well equipped and clean rooms, not far from the high way to Palermo, the hotel staff is excellent and are willing to help, nice breakfast.

Lovely people, very helpful & hassle free

The spacious hotel has excellent staff, a magnificent location with a stunning view of the sea from the guest room's comfortable bed and excellent bathroom.

The hotel itself was fairly basic but clean and all facilities offered worked.

Hotel is close to beach, but beach was flithy. Bar area is very small and seldom staffed. Restaurant service was poor, and food was very expensive and only of moderate quality. There seems to be a lot of dogs nearby so expect to hear constant barking Balastrate is far from effluent, only found one decent restaurant, beach a mess, very limited public transport and no taxi service so a car is essential to escape! Massive language barrier, if you can't speak Italian, German or French you will really struggle as very few speak English.

We were looking a quiet hotel with swimming pool near the beach which could be used as a relaxing base to discover the North Coast and The Hotel Costa Azul worked out well. 5 minutes walking from the beach and a quiet relaxing swimming pool, restore all our stamina after long august tourism days¡¡ The staff was very friendly, They speak english and spanish and were very helpful. Internet connection, breakfast and cleanliness of rooms were very good,

Before going to the Hotel I read some comments which make me doubt about the election of the Hotel. It is certain that there is an elevated road nearby the Hotel, and it is also true that the railway runs in front of the Hotel but certainly once I was there I really did not notice it¡¡. No noise from the road, No noise from the railway. If you are looking for a Hotel with wonderful sights in front of the sea, maybe this Hotel is not your best choice, but if you want a good hotel, quite, and good deal for money, this can be a good choice.

The guest room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony. the breakfast offered a variety of options like breads, cereals, pastries, and cheese.

Very clean hotel. Linda at the front desk was a great help. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant is fantastic. The man who administers the breakfast and restaurant was very helpful and kind. Beautiful grounds. Very nice hotel.

AIr conditioners in some of our rooms did not function properly. Sink in bathroom did not drain and was never fixed while we were there.
